What’s this all about?
This is an effort from someone who cares about the causes you take care of and is willing to invest his time to contribute to your organization and the things you look after. Without expecting anything in return.
Why is all this needed?
$8 000 000 000 – the amount US non-profits spend on marketing activities each year.
There are more than 1 million non-profits in the US alone, trying to raise awareness for the causes they take care of. And raising awareness today often means spending lots of resources. The solution is simple – if more creative professionals contribute with pro-bono services, together, we can decrease this sum and allocate the savings directly to the causes. If not else, this is an excellent way for marketers to do their part in helping tackle the world’s most persistent problems.
Why am I doing this?
Living in the fast-paced environment of today, I started to realize how detached we’ve become from the truly important things in life – those that we take for granted and don’t have to work for.
A majority of our society today cares mostly about the things it has built or bought itself. Everything we’ve found or have been gifted with, we take for granted. This must change if we want to conserve our values and the world as we know it. Young and motivated people should channalize their efforts in causes and projects that create, rather than just transfer, and redistribute value.
That is why I decided to reach out to you to offer my help. As I want to play my part and contribute to changing the world for the better, I am available to assist you in spreading the word for the causes you take care of. I can help you reach and engage more people or at least make them stop and think for a second about the truly important things.
How can I bring value?
As a content creator with more than 8 years of professional experience, I know how to influence people through the power of words and raise awareness for things that matter.
I have experience in a variety of industries, with the main focus on the FinTech one. This has made me realize that, although we are continually progressing and adopting technology to drive us forward, we aren’t doing enough in terms of creating valuable products and services. Most of the time, we establish businesses with the primary goal of short-term profits that only contribute to the bubble we live in while at the same time forget to take care of the basics and give back to society and the environment.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a variety of high-profile clients ranging from FinTech startups and game-changing companies, through established financial institutions, to large international organizations such as the United Nations and their projects. As I have played my part in helping them achieve their goals, now I firmly believe that it is time for me to contribute to causes as those you take care of.
